Business to Business Services (B2B)

The general terms and conditions of the use of the selected products and/or services are as set out at https://www.dobiqueen.my/tnc/general  ("General Terms"), including the Privacy Policy as set out at https://www.dobiqueen.my/tnc/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy); all of which form an integral part of full terms and conditions of the said products and/or services (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions are also accessible via dobiQueen's website at https://www.dobiqueen.my. All terms and reference used herein shall be the same as the General Terms unless otherwise defined.

Business Prepaid Services

Registration requirement

You may apply for dobiQueen Business Prepaid Services by creating an account on https://business.dobiqueen.my & select listed packages to top-up. Upon successful registration & top-up, your prepaid account will be activated.

Top-Up

Upon top-up, you will be credited with a number of credits depending on the package that you have selected. The credit in the account will be valid for a year from the day of your top up.

Termination

Request for termination of the prepaid account prior to the expiry of the credits will result in remaining credits to be forfeited.

Validity of Service

All top-up packages has a validity of 1-year from the day of package activation.

Extension of Validity

No extension will be given on the validity for the remaining credit in the account. Failing to use the credit within the validity of a year will result in the remaining credits to be forfeited after its expiry.

Continuity of Service

If you intend to continue using dobiQueen Business Prepaid Service upon the expiry of you previous prepaid package, you may select and pay for your desired top-up packages.

Upgrade of Service

For any request to upgrade your service prior to the expiry of services, you may contact customer-service@dobiqueen.my for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you and prepaid users is limited to the price of the top-up packages.

Deemed Acceptance

You agree and acknowledge that the use of dobiQueen Business Prepaid Service signifies your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

Business Postpaid Services

Registration requirement

You may apply for dobiQueen’s Business Postpaid Service by creating an account on https://business.dobiqueen.my. Upon successful account creation, the person-in-charge will reach out to you to understand your service requirements. Once everything is verified and confirmed, a credit account will be created for your business based on the agreed terms and condition, including the credit terms.

Credit Term

Based on discussion between the person-in-charge and the customer.

Billing Frequency

Customers will be billed based on their monthly usage basis and will be billed accordingly based on the agreed credit terms.

Upfront Security Deposit

A total amount of 1-month security deposit will be required upon registration, given that monthly estimated usage exceed RM5,000. Security deposit will be refundable within 30-days upon discontinuation of service.

The 1-month security deposit will be calculated as per below:

Estimated number of bags by size x 30 days x price quoted for each bag = Amount of Security Deposit*

 

*The amount of security deposit is based on estimation. If the actual monthly transaction exceeds or is below the estimated level, dobiQueen has the right to make amendments to the total amount of security deposit.

Termination

Request for termination of service prior to the expiry of the services will result in credits to be forfeited. In the event of such, customer will be requested to clear all the outstanding credit bill for the month and the security deposit will be returned within 30 days. Validity of Service

There is no expiry to the account.

Upgrade of Credit Account

For any request to upgrade the service due to higher laundry loads for the upcoming months, you can contact customer-service@dobiqueen.my for a new quotation and upgrade of your credit account.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you and postpaid users is limited to the monthly credit usage and the upfront security deposit.

You agree and acknowledge that the use of dobiQueen Business Postpaid Service signifies your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
