  1. Press the middle button of the token acceptor to release the stuck token
  2. If step 1 does not solve the issue, please shift your clothing to another machine, exchange more tokens and contact us for a refund at our hotline.
  3. Can you also please hang the "Under Maintenance" label over the machine to prevent other customers from using it as well.
  4. The "Under Maintenance" label is located behind the kiosk's glass panel locate
